Seriously, if you drive in Brisbane, you need a GPRS system to maneouvre your way through the city.. not easy.. haha! Thanks to Siew Fai for giving us a lift there.. it was abt 30 min ride..
And the church was HUGE.. Easily about the size of one Expo hall..
So, we paid 5 bucks each for a one-day entry.. Had dinner (graciously prepared by Grace) and began proceeding into the Church hall at 7pm.. There were loads of ppl.. :)
And btw, thru a casual mention the name of my church (Aldersgate Methodist Church) to Siew Fai, I got to know that he's actually the cousin of Timothy Teh... To you guys who know him, say "WOW!" haha.. awesome how God works isnt it.. And both Siew Fai and Timothy are good men, I say..
The worship was quite good, except for a "heavy metal"-ish kind of introduction. Haha.. But the highlight, which was the reason why many ppl came, was to hear what God has to say through John Bevere, an inspirational author and speaker.
In all, a good evening of seeing how different or similar, ppl in Australia worship the Lord.
Good day mate!
