Over-speaking

I have never spoken as much in Lifegroup, as in the past week. On reflection, they were sometimes plain unwholesome and even gossip-ing.

Ephesians 4:29
Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.

Ecclesiastes 10:12 
Words from a wise man's mouth are gracious, but a fool is consumed by his own lips.

1 Thessalonians 5:11 Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.
