Thank you God

Just have to blog about what happened on Friday and give thanks to God.

Friday has been a day "we" all look forward to cos it's a day where we have Lifegroup! A time to gather and interact, share about God's blessings, giving thanks, praise and worship the Lord and come to know Him better. And indeed, we had a great time of everything that night, all thanks to God! First time it was held at Jame's place and it really feels like a hotel!

Thank God for a wonderful place where we can commune together.
Pray for understanding from neighbours and His presence to ever be felt so strongly in Jame's place every Friday.
As Yen Mii has pointed out, UQ6 needs ever so many prayers as we are constantly being attacked physically and spiritually. UQ 6 has gone from strength to strength thus far this sem. A stark progress from last year! And I believe the devil will likewise try to stop us.

More prayers and covering for each other UQ 6.

Friday morning was filled with new experiences as I got to meet this new GP, Dr Pearce and she was great! Allowing me to suture up a patient's face who had a portion of his face cut off due to an infiltrating Basal Cell Carcinoma. Suturing is fun! But shaky hands makes one doubt whether he is apt for a surgical career. Taking off sutures for another patient was rather fun too..

Afternoon tutorial was another good experience where I managed to prepare a Management case and got to do a role play as a doctor interviewing a patient and finding out the diagnosis and differentials. Overall, the comments were pretty good and felt encouraged! Once again, Aussie ppl are sooooo encouraging ppl! Even my GP clinic staff (4 docs and 2 nurses and 2 receptionists) are so forgiving and loving ppl.. :)
