To be Assertive

Taking Mental Health has its rewards..

Discovered abit more about myself while reading up on management skills.

Being assertive, there are 3 types: passive, aggressive and assertive styles.

Realised I fall into the category of passive style most part of my life, which includes letting others make all the decisions. In retrospect, I realised who I follow after and thus this trait.

For the better good of myself and others, time to be assertive!
